Makenzie is 1! | Lancaster, PA Cake Smash Session

Well, technically not yet, but she will be in a couple weeks! We started the celebration early with a pretty-in-pink cake smash! The adorably attired Makenzie was hesitant at first, but with Mommom nearby we were able to catch her having a little fun with the bright icing! The delicious, beautifully made cake was the creation of Tara Ney, of TaraCakes, the 'Happy Birthday' sign was custom created by Sweet Events Boutique, and this sweet, happy, lovable little girl is the lucky daughter of Brandon and Allysha who are wonderful parents! It's been a pleasure photographing this family over the past year, and I look forward to watching them continue to grow.

When we couldn't get Mommom any more covered in fuchsia colored stickiness, it was time to get cleaned up and ready for some family photos! We took advantage of  the awesome Spring weather by spending time in the Garden of Five Senses at Lancaster County Park. Special thanks to all those dog walkers that made this little girl smile for the camera!
