Samantha | North East, MD Senior Session

Not sure who this will embarrass more, me or Sam, soooo let’s call it even and proceed with shared humiliation! I’ve always been a creator/documenter, so when Sam’s mom contacted me to set up her daughter’s senior session it seems only natural that I was immediately drawn to my old scrapbooks to reflect on where my relationship with Sam and her family began… way back in the Spring of 1998! Sam was about 4 months old when I started babysitting (I was 14 or 15 maybe?!) and to say I enjoyed our summer days together would be an understatement- the proof is in the scrapbook! Sam’s mom was also a great documenter and captured the photos I displayed so proudly. Could my caption have used some editing? For sure! But for occasions like this, I’m happy to have what I have! I continued to help throughout high school and when I could during my college days but we all know how fast time flies and before ya know it, Sam and her fam moved to North East, MD where she would graduate from the Tome School in June 2016. Not sure if bath time is still her thing, but Sam’s smile continues to light up a room and she’s as sweet as ever!
