Derek + Katie | Gettysburg National Military Park Engagement Session

Sweet Katie, always thinking about the feelings/thoughts/plights of others, hesitantly asked if I would drive to Gettysburg for her and Derek’s engagement session. Without pause, heck yes I would! I was thrilled with the opportunity to explore this historical landscape in a much different way and I was honored to be able to give Katie the session (and the images) she envisioned. She and Derek are more than deserving. An unusually warm Fall evening, an extraordinary sunset, and later learning that every detail about this session (and their wedding) held special meaning would make getting to know them (and the drive!) even more rewarding.
